• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Southwest Glass is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
